RE : LETTER OF OFFER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
LOAN APPLICATION.
Thank you for choosing V.N.M Management Consultants.
We are pleased to inform that your application for our
services has been accepted subject to the terms and conditions as set out
below :-
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Consultation, arrangement, assessment and submission of
credit / loan application for banking facility (s) to respective Banks and
Financial Institutions which are suitable and applicable.
DURATION OF SERVICE
Case to case basis.
PROCESSING CHARGES
Payment of prosseing fees amounting to RMXXXX
based application shall be paid to VNM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS
(The Processing Charges are not refundable.)
PROFESSIONAL FEES
A professional fee of
XX.00% (EIGHT percent) based on the principal amount approved shall
be paid one day after the disbursement of Loan.
INDEMNITY
You shall fully indemnity our company against
any loss or expenses (including legal fees on a solicitors and client basis)
which the company may incur as a consequence of any default on your part in
due performance of any of the obligations expressed to be assumed by you
in relation to the service(s).
COSTS, EXPENSES AND FEES
All costs and expenses including legal fees
(on a solicitor and client basis), stamp duty, incidental fee or other
charges incurred in the preparation of all documentation shall be borne by
you. In the event you having accepted this Letter, fail for any reason
whatsoever incurred by the Company and any parties instructed by the Company
shall be borne by you. You shall liable to pay all fees and expenses
including the Company’s legal fees if any monies shall be required to be
recovered by any process of law or by the Company’s solicitors.
OTHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Effective from the Date of
accepted

The Applicant shall not, without the written
consent of our Company, submit any loan applications to any banks or
financial institutions.
v
The Applicant shall be responsible for the
prompt and proper conduct of payment of all it’s existing facility(s) and
current accounts with others banks and Financial Institution.

The applicant shall be liable for

The cancellation by him before or after the
issuing of Letter of Offer.
Ø
Not accepted the Letter of Offer due to
whatsoever reasons.
v
The Applicant shall be absolutely liable for,
and hereby indemnifies our Company from and against all claims in respect of
the cancellation by Bank or Financial Institutions regard the application
and letter of Offer due to whatsoever reasons and caused by you or your
Company directly or indirectly.

Our Company and consultants shall not at any
time be liable for the rejection of your loan applications.
v
It is your duty responsibility to forwarded
and disclose all the document and information of the applicant when
requests by our appointed consultant and all the expenses involved shall be
bear by you or your Company.
If the above terms and conditions are
acceptable to you, kindly indicate your acceptance by singing and returning
to us the duplicate copy of this letter enclosed herewith within SEVEN (7)
days from the date hereof. It is our pleasure to be of service to you.
